The below customer has decided to write a review 5 years after the works were carried out. The extra works stated were for an underfloor heating system which we were asked to install. After installation the client refused to pay for the works stating the builder was liable for the cost and as we were four hundred pounds out of pocket we refused to issue an electrical certificate until the matter was resolved. Even after five years as a gesture of goodwill we offered to revisit the premises and sign off the electrical works at a daily cost of an electrician but Mr Bromley refused to pay the cost of that as well. The below review by Mr Bromley is libelous and totally untrue. We have had several hundred happy customers over the years besides this ONE gentleman!
