        Absolutely disgusting service. I spent 10 days trying to book an appointment. I was either on hold for 40 mins, before I hung up, or they cut me iff saying they ars too busy. I thought this was just me but spoken to various people who all say it been like this for months.

        Had message to call surgery regarding repeat prescription, after being in a queue for 15 mins was cut off, called again, in a queue for 35 mins, got through was transfered to prescriptions and cut off. I registered here 1year ago and have used the surgery 3-4 times , each time very unsatisfactory. Not happy this morni g
