I ordered from these once ages ago and vowed to never do that again. However a member of my household continued to do so and has had bad experiences ever since. The last order was yesterday when he only ordered a bit of desert. It took 1hr and 40 minutes to arrive! It shouldn't take that long to deliver a bit of cake! Especially when we don't live that far from them. Ordering hot food in the past, it's either taken ages to arrive, has turned up stone cold or has had bits missing from the order. Not good at all, we will definitely not be returning anymore.

Literally just recieved our order after a long wait. I had a double chicken burger that was so soggy it was desgusting, i bit the burger and water dribbled out of the centre of the chicken which was burnt. My partner had a mushroom burger that was so tough she didnt make it past one bite either! The super size cheese and bacon fries had no more than one piece of bacon in the batch and basically no cheese on it.. not to mention they were all cold and soggy.. its very dissapointing. Food got to us in the stated time... just. Food was warm when it turned up, and edible. When we started eating we realised that some of the toppings were missing from the order. By now it was too late to complain as they appear to be closed. Food tasted ok, went for a vegan option, but was really disappointed the burgers didn't come with the pulled BBQ jackfruit. The fries were missing the crispy onions... Was kind of looking forward to this but severely let down. I wish I'd read the Just Eat reviews a bit more closely... Wont be going back for seconds. Sorry.
