Argos Trowbridge (Inside Sainsbury's)

The only reason it's getting one star is because I can't give it no stars on this platform. Myself, ex and daughter took daughters Christmas present back as not working properly. It was a telescope It cost 139.99 it said on my e receipt and normal receipt that we could either have refund or an exchange. We wanted to exchange for 140.00 (id give them the extra pennny) vouchers so little one could get what she wanted with them (she's only a 9 year old). The rude, uninterested and quiet blatantly didn't care staff, said they would only put it back on my card that paid for it. Despite Argos stipulating that we could get a refund or an exchange (I.e vouchers). We wanted vouchers so little one could get what she wanted. Needless to say my daughter was upset that she now has to wait longer for her Christmas present. Due to these idiots not knowing there own rules. I would strongly advise never to use Argos in Trowbridge. There utter useless, and have just upset a 9 year old little girl. I'm absolutely roaring angry. Apologies don't cut it when you've upset my little girl.
