Alan was picked at random on a google search to repair my macbook locally. What a find! Great guy, very efficient in his service and reasonably priced also. Wouldn't use anyone else now.

I'm so delighted I came across this company. What was at first a call for some advice (which was freely given), I soon realized I needed more help. After just a few days, I now have an updated PC that is super quick and responsive. I cannot recommed Alan enough. He is knowledgeable , helpful, friendly and reliable. 5 stars doesn't come close! 10/10

I have used Alan before with my desktop pc for repairs and have always had excellent service from him . He is very prompt to reply and help as soon as he can to meet your needs . I had to phone him today as the pc was alarmingly dead as a dodo needing a new power supply and although it was the weekend , he put in the effort as he knew I needed it quite urgently and booked me in within an hour of phoning him . Everything went very smoothly , appropriate social distancing measures in place and he was clear in his directions as to how to get to his workshop . He had it all sorted with new power supply put in very quickly and also cleaned out all the fans in the pc which were very dirty and dusty as an extra. He also gives excellent advice on the phone about all computer matters and internet problems. Well worth the money and I wouldn't go to anyone else!
