        Average Dave! Im Sorry to hear about your experience with Larkrise Boarding Catery. Normally my Mother runs everything to an extremely hi standard. She has never taken a day sick in over 20 years of running the business, she was not feeling good at the time & tried very hard to keep the place running but became suddenly very unwell & couldnt keep going. As you well know Covid isnt very nice at all & she was hit extremely hard with it & off work for some time. She didnt get back to normal for over 2 months & thank goodness she is ok now. Customers were contacted as soon as possible under the circumstances. Once again she is very sorry for the inconvenience but it just couldnt be helped at this one time.

        The owners son Phoned us half an hour before we were due to take a cat in and start driving to airport to tell us the owner had covid and had been suffering for 3 days. Although I do hope the owner recovers, leaving us half an hour to find a cattery was was a nightmare we would had to cancel our holiday.

        Friendly, and obviously caring. The accommodation is clean and fresh. Our cat was well looked after and happy when we collected her. Highly recommended.
