        We needed a last minute cake for my 50th, I had a very definite idea in my mind and Karen created the perfect cake from a few words and a 'sort of like that' photo. I requested orange and poppy seed cake and it was beautifully light, moist and a perfect balance of buttercream to cake. Everyone commented on how gorgeous it was. Thank you very much.
