        Amazing service, great team Tesco is lucky to have these workers. As an foreign sometimes I feel nervous and ashamed of asking for things because of my accent and because of negative past experiences but not this time. I have encountered an beautiful and understanding team that helped getting what I wanted , I was treated with kindness and respect. Plus the caf looks nice and the food is good enough. The down side is maybe being next to the clothing section, it lacks view/ environment and possibly not good for the clothes either .

        Came in with my daughter. Before shopping went to the cafe and had a Cappuccino, daughter had a coke and a slice of cake. Staff are fantastic, always cheerful, polite, always makes us feel very welcome. Can't fault them at all.

        Staff making faces when placing an order at 3:20pm. Cafe supposed to be open till 4pm so do not appreciate staff being rude behind our backs when placing a food order well within the opening times! Was then shooed out of the cafe at 3:52 by a member of staff saying the stores closed in a rude manor. The store closing time is 4pm, therefor I have until 4pm to leave the store. Wouldnt have been a problem if they were nice about it. Staff need an attitude training course.
