        Great service from a guy called Rich, after buying a bulk bag of gravel from Travis Perkins Bath, I never had enough, went back to the Bath store, no small bags in stock, asked if I could order some from them, told no, try phoning the other branches, phoned Bristol, Camerton, then phoned Trowbridge, spoke to Rich he was so helpful, went out of his way to help, customer service was great even at the end of his working day, he worked out which gravel I wanted and arranged delivery. And only charged 16 for delivery, Bath is 20 to come up two streets, well done, from a very happy customer, Rich tell the boss to give you a bonus. and the garden looks great.

        Best store in Trowbridge for DIY. They provide some good advice and guidance which you do not get in the other big DIY stores. Still providing good advice particularly on the umbing queries.

        I rang Trowbridge branch today and they were so helpful. They didn't have the blocks in stock but Chippenham did and they organised delivery and payment. I cant fault the service and will defiantly be using again.
