        My local branch, Devizes, closed which is not convenient enough for me, also don't like pronoun badges or pushing the weird gender agenda. Halifax said close your account if you don't like it so that's what I did

        Super friendly staff, I recently moved back to the UK and living aboard. The lady helping me was super helpful and so polite. When I went back a couple of times the following week she made a point to ask me how things were going. That in my eyes is excellent customer service.
