        Horrific to hear HSBC use OUR money to fund the climate and ecological crisis we currently are experiencing. Don't support this bank, go elsewhere...anywhere! But no Barclays either...as they're just as bad for funding fossil fuels

        Wife went in today to transfer holiday money to sisters account in Malaysia. Person behind counter was impatient rude and clearly not helpful.Would prefer zero stars. Needs to understand that customer service is important not losing your cool.
