Alina are a fantastic company to work for, they are so supporting and really invest in you to progress within the company. I have worked in care for 10+ years and moving to work for Alina Homecare in 2021 was the best decision I could of made for my career. The manager for Trowbridge/Chippenham is fantastic and the carers are brilliant, reliable and hardworking. I can not sing their praises enough.

I have been working with Alina Homecare for nearly 5 months now and have had such a positive experience that I felt compelled to write a review. If you have been thinking about going into homecare then definitely give Alina a try. The whole team is very friendly and helpful, communication and training have been excellent and you are always encouraged to ask if you are not sure of something. The app we use for day to day work is simple to use. I have been able to achieve a great work/life balance and never feel pressured to take on extra visits although I am happy to do so when I can.

This in turn helps us to have care professionals who are delivering high quality and outstanding care services with which we pride ourselves on.
