My friend and I went up for the guided meditation they do every Sunday at 19:30 for an hour and ended up being there 2 and a half hours meditating with the monks and a fair size group of outside people.
I do and will continue to recommend this place to everyone I have contact with longer thank about 10 minutes.
Were going back this Sunday!
