Haydons Road Post Office

Arrived at 8:35, wouldnt accept a parcel for Parcelforce pick up as it was before 9. Nothing on the website said there were limitations on times for parcel collection. There was also a dead mouse at the front door. Wont be back.

I am shocked with the negative reviews. I have limited mobility and this is the nearest post office@corner shop. I can say the staff are always polite to me and my daughter. They may not talk much as they are busy but they always serve us well even advise us what is the best option for sending parcels. The post office staff are limited so it takes longer than usual but I dont mind as I see the staff are busy. Overall I am happy as I have encountered rude shopkeepers elsewhere.

Go elsewhere! Awful place. I asked if I could post a parcel and the cashier ignored me and began counting his 50ps. After standing waiting quietly for nearly five awkward minutes, I asked if he was going to serve me and he said that the opening hours were til 5.30pm so I was too late. There's another post office on the Broadway where the staff are helpful and lovely, give them your business.
