    Alastairs 30 minutes HIIT class is a short and very effective workout. It has the perfect mix of cardio, toning and strength training, and its like having your own personal trainer in the room! Its convenient and a great way to keep fit.

Highly recommend his expertise as both a great way to get fit bit also gain new knowledge for sustainable fitness. He has a wealth of qualifications and genuine experience that I have gained a lot from and really appreciate. He also teaches techniques that suit me vs blindly going through a routine like other trainers that Ive worked with do. Its been truly transformational for my fitness with genuine progression. He also helps me understand alignment, strength building etc. to avoiding injury. Highly recommend!

The workouts are accessible to all fitness levels, and there's always options for those wanting to use weights alongside the workout.
