        Today ,I walked into the store to find the store manager (Betty) who was very helpful showed me around the store and assisting me in buying the female trespass jacket! I will definitely be returning soon !

        I didn't even want to give one star.... The staff who was there(Betty) absolutely rude and unreasonable and unprofessional. Worst service ever, she refused to accept return of a welly boots, first she said it's been worn, then she changed her reasoning to take it west croydon store (where it was originally bought). Then her final resoning was it passed the 21 days period even it was only 8 days since i bought it. Never ever will shop in tress pass again!!!
