Rocco and his team were speedy and courteous. Transformed our place giving us exactly the look we had hoped for. The only occasion there was a miscommunication (inevitable on a full house renovation) it was worked to be resolved quickly and painlessly and ended up working out for the better anyway. Did a 18,000 job for us in Richmond and we paid in full before they finished and since then Rocco has not replied and has others answering the calls taking messages. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY IN ADVANCE!! Service: Exterior painting

This review is coming a bit late due to a busy summer. We hired Rocco and his company to paint our entire 2-bed flat, including doors and windows. The choice at that time seemed pretty straightforward given the excellent Google reviews and the good impression we had from Roccos first visit to our flat. On site we had three contractors, all very friendly. Roccos communication via email was great, always polite and responding within the day. We also strongly appreciated the flexibility with the time. However, the quality of the finish, the care and attention to details were well below our expectations. The sanding and filling were quickly done, especially for the woodwork. The final result in the wall is alright but the woodwork is below average. Moreover, the contractors were not careful enough, despite our constant warnings, and the cleaning was not up to a good standard. To illustrate, we often had to intervene ourselves by putting masking tape in areas that should not have been painted. One day, an additional contractor came in and started to paint the bathroom without using any protective sheets at all. At the same time, we had to do lots of cleaning ourselves in the evenings (e.g. removing paint from the ceiling lighting). After completion, it took us the entire weekend to clean tiny drops of paints from the wood flooring in the living room. This was not the case in the two bedrooms, where we had carefully put our own dust sheets beforehand to protect the new floor. Unfortunately, given the previous reviews, we were expecting much higher standards. Our experience wasnt in line with those and unfortunately, we cannot recommend it.
