The staff seemed robotic, not cheerful. Vodafone should look into morale. The shop needs updating. The person helping me needed to go upstairs to find a mirror to check my phone for trade-in. We couldn't "test drive" without having to unlock a phone from it's cradle. I was not impressed, especially from one of the biggest (and most expensive) phone companies. I got a better deal elsewhere.

I came to store with issue about keeping my number from different provider, in the office Ricky & Saeed helped me to get a new sim which was done with the best service I have had in a while, anywhere. Better deal and had my number Transferred over. And made my day 10 times better. Thank you so much

Shannon was the best thing that happened in a long time. My phone was gone & I already had a contract running, I needed my phone to access everything to do with work & socially. Shannon pointed me in the right direction for the phone & on my return restored everything as it was on my old phone. Incredible, what a service for in my opinion not a lot financially (apart from the phone which was supplied by a 3rd party). I cant thank you enough Vodaphone (Shannon) for saving my life this morning. 10/10 definitely
