        The answering machine say's too book appts between 8am and 1, then 2pm till 4pm. Everytime i call at 8 rude reception staff say to call back at 8 30am?? Very inconsistent! I always find it a battle with rude reception staff to book appointments for my children! Not impressed at all! Its a real pity beacause the Dr's at surgery are really good, just a shame reception staff make it super difficult too get an appointment!

        Hi, After 10yr i have changed my GP and become member of Riverhouse Surgery. I am so pleased of the change,service is great,fast and you are feel matter as a patient. Today i could not wait(dr Magda had some delayes)so I left/decided come back tmr,I was very suprised when Dr.Magda called me back,apologised and give me needed help/advise via phone. Thank you Riverhouse surgery.

        I can highly recommend Dr Magdalena Stasiak-horkan. Over the last year she did all the necessary recommendations and tests to help me through my peri menopause journey. The staff is friendly and I have been going to this surgery for years. Dr Baig and Dr Adil are excellent too.
