        Just tried to collect an Amazon parcel (at around 9pm) for which I had paid a one day delivery fee and it wasnt clearly marked as a post office parcel. They have it but refused to give it to me, saying the post office counter is shut. Frustrating experience.

        SHOPKEEPER IS A THIEF! I arranged for my parcel to be collected from this shop (using a DHL service point). Once the parcel was delivered, I went to the shop and the shopkeeper said he does not do DHL collection (DESPITE DHL clearly showing on their website that this shop can be used as a collection point). Anyway the rude shop clerk claims he has not received my parcel despite online tracking showing that it has been DELIVERED and SIGNED to that shop.

        The guy working behind the post office counter is very rude. Always tells you to come back, and refuses to accept parcels

        For sure I've had a few arguments with the people that work here but in the end they're good guys and they go trough a lot of frustrated customers daily. Janice is always friendly and I feel bad for seeing him stressed when a customer is yelling at him after their post office has closed. The post office closes at 4pm. Anything after that is not their issue. They work very long days and I'm very happy they're always open.
