        I went shopping in this store the other day and i can honestly say it was one of the most exciting experiences of my life. Maybe my siblings are right and i need to get out more.

        Could not pay. No help from the staff (3 staff members around me but all ignoring me). I cant use the self tills. I am partially disabled, walk with a stick. Still ignored me, and I asked for help. Really need training, or just basic courtesy. Had to drop my items and walk away, could not wait more than 15 min already. All staffed payment tills closed. And this is 10:30 am. Update, about 3 months later: Still the same situation, 3 staff members have been watching me at the payment desk for the past 10 min, just ignoring me. Disgusted.
