        Probably....the WORST bank in the WORLD. Either it has online banking going down on a regular basis or branches with very restricted opening times enabling head office to say that fewer customers are using branches in an effort to justify them to be closed (yes we know your game we are not stupid), or the ATM'S are not working....TOTALLY PATHETIC.

        Never had a problem. Am with Santander for 5 years and have always had satisfaction. Counter service, always with a smile and professional. Online banking, for an old guy like me, a very simple and uncomplicated way of making transactions. Asked for a loan during lock down in 2021 on a Tuesday and the following Monday, the cash was on my account. Thank you all at Santander
