Very pleased with the service they provided. They were able to remove the damp in my basement that had been left untreated for years, and it was done very quickly. The cost was also reasonable.

Slightly in shock after paying 180 up front before they would even turn up. Sam then turned up 1hr late and spent a grand total of 15 minutes in the house without coming up with a definite fix to the problem. We can try waterproofing the outside walls and see if that fixes it........oh well you live and learn......clearly will not use them again after this experience. Appalling service.

I had signs of damp issues but wasn't sure. Sam came promptly and identified rising damp in a couple of areas but also told me where I had no problems. He came back promptly (great communication) and rectified the damp in a couple of hours with his team returning to plaster the areas and make good. Overall a brilliant experience, honesty, prompt and tidy. Highly recommend. Service: Remodeling
