Pound meadow is a public triangular grass area to the south east of Tring. Located opposite the Robin Hood pub between London Road and Station Road. It is large enough for a permanent football pitch at the wide end and was previously used by local adult teams for matches, though this appears to have relocated elsewhere. Currently 2021 the pitch is used for youth training. Along the east edge is a small skate park for young teenagers and a tennis court. A path runs down the eastern edge leading to Tring brewery and Tesco. At lunch time Tring secondary school seniors use the path to visit Tesco so it can get rather busy. On a sunny day it is a great place to relax playing frisbee, kicking a ball or just sit and see the world go by.

Went here for a street food event. It was tidy and there were bins emptied regularly

Public tennis courts that are quite well maintained, and a small skate park with steel ramps. A good size playing field to kick a ball on.
