        Arrived 25 minutes late. Wing mirror was missing. Drove like an absolute maniac and then charged me 45 for a 15 minute journey pre-midnight. Avoid at all costs!! Shocking.

        Phoned earlier in the day to confirm a cab for the evening with a dog and baby. Phoned for the cab tonight and refused the dog. Left us stranded in the rain with a dog and baby. Absolutely disgusting service. Will recommend to everyone to avoid at all costs. Ridiculous. Edit: In reply to yours. Yes I confirmed with my friend (the one who you spoke to earlier in the day too) and he rang you between 7.30 and 8pm, where he was told that the 2 drivers who would accept dogs had gone home...

        Called during the day asking if they do take dogs. Said 2 of their drivers do, so we planned our day in tring around that. Called them 8pm just for them to say they don't take dogs. Absolutely ridiculous and not reliable! Would definitely not recommend! Worse cab company ever!!!
