I was lucky enough to win a raffle prize from Alex for a one off treatment or analysis. Alex is very professional and quickly identified tightness in my shoulders and lower back, he then manipulated the areas concerned with use of deep massage. Both shoulders and lower back feel better from having this done.

I've had a long-term football injury with ankle tendons which was treated and resolved after a few sessions. Combination of stretches and some incredibly painful deep tissue massage which loosened up the calf muscles which were pulling on the ankle tendons. Alex really knows his stuff and is a pleasant and friendly chap. Will use again , hopefully won't need to .

Alex provides a friendly and professional service that also, by its very nature has some painful moments. I visit Alex regularly which keeps me working well enough to play lots of sport in my middle age years. Wherever the problem is he always manages to ease it away. I highly recommend him.
