Ive had personal training sessions with Danny for over a year now and not only have I lost weight and toned up, but I feel stronger and more confident in myself and also in using the gym facilities on my own. Hes always very patient yet persistent, he seems to know my limits and just how far to push me outside of my comfort zone so that I actually make good progress week on week. Hes very friendly and personable, which makes the sessions even more enjoyable. Id highly recommend working with Danny if you have any fitness, strength or aesthetic-related goals.

I've been training with Danny for a couple of months now with really great results. He is a lovely guy, clearly really knowledgeable and passionate about fitness, nutrition and physiology. He is great at knowing how far you can push yourself, always that little bit further than you think. Sessions are always a bit different so there's no time or chance to get bored. I highly recommend Danny.
