        In the main, staff are always so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much bother. Whilst there, one female team member actually said "go away" when the phone rang. It's the public that keeps these people in work so I would suggest more respect!

        I called in to Tring store yesterday to ask for help with my contact lenses. The customer service that I received from the staff was of the very highest standards. The two young women that helped me were simply outstanding. Polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgable, they saved my day with their kindness and made me feel so valued as a customer. Thank you.
