        Excellent service! Called up after dropped my phone and screen went black, phone collected same day Tuesday afternoon, diagnosis done Wednesday and dropped back to me by 2pm Thursday all fixed! So pleased, would definitely recommend.

        Richard jumped to my aid when my phone broke during a really stressful period. it was the last thing I needed. 2 hours after opening, Richard had diagnosed the issue, advised a price and repair time (it needed sending away), as well as providing me with a loan phone while I waited. Thank you so much for going above and beyond, it is very much appreciated.
