Had the most fantastic experience working with Action Coach to help my dog grooming business. James in particular has gone out of his way to provide incredible advice and support - really helping my confidence and giving me the push I needed to further my business. All these years Ive been a dog groomer and its only now after working with James at Action Coach that I feel like I am finally a business owner. Highly recommend.

James is a very approachable and likeable person. I had the opportunity to work with him off the back of Apex being awarded some funding through the Dacorum's Den initiative by Dacorum Borough Council. Meeting James a number of times, we were able to build a professional relationship. Cutting to the chase, James asked a number of direct questions about Apex, which enabled me to focus working on my business rather than in my business. Would definitely recommend SME business owners having a chat with James if you would like some support and guidance in developing your business.
