Highly recommended. Just getting started out and no matter how much you read there is nothing like face to face expert advice. The team here have offered lots of wisdom, spot on buying guidance (including not needing to buy expensive items that I thought I needed) and a friendly service. Good prices on everything and lots of kit to look over (call them and arrange a time to drop in). Proper friendly local outfit.

Great showroom to visit, plenty of equipment on show, very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

Purchased a Celestron telescope, which developed a fault less than a year in. Jane from Tring was fantastic and so helpful!! The scope was picked up within a week & send back to Celestron who had a new one delivered straight to my door in no time. Very impressed how smooth it all went.

Lovely to deal with. Im new to this hobby and as with many people , when shopping other than established websites such as Amazon or ebay, I was hesitant of purchasing through their website. But given all the reviews they have, I was not disappointed when I bought my very first telescope ( 10 Dobsobian) from them. I later bought another smaller telescope as a gift and that too was perfect. I later bought an eyepiece but was let down by the assembly of the eyepiece as there were many foreign debris in the eyepiece and rendered it unusable. ( its the manufacturers fault). Jane at Tring was very helpful and told me that she could bring it in for inspection. They covered the cost of the return postage and also dispatched another new replacement product with super fast delivery, also Free of charge. This is a type of business others should learn from. Honesty, good communication & great customer service is what I felt dealing with this family fun business online. Overall Im very pleased and delighted to buy from them again in the future or even give their store a visit one day.
