        I started talking to Sally when I was going through a very low point in my life. Before having depression I never really understood or appreciated how crippling it could be and how important mental health is. I spoke to Sally for about 16 months every week religiously. She helped me to construct the tools to process, analyse, and figure out lifes problems while at the same time help me to work though years of trauma I had been ignoring. Shes a very special person, she helped me to regain my mental strength and a new perspective on life. I cant recommend her enough!
