        Following an injury to my left wrist over 12 months ago I had reduced flexibility even with help from physio and acupuncture which did help for few weeks only. Since seeing Zara I had more flexibility and movement after the treatment and so far after few weeks on this has remand. Would recommend seeing Zara, friendly and caring in nice clean environment.
