Both George and Spencer arrived on time and were incredibly friendly and instantly put me at ease. They got started right away on the job at hand (replacing our broken lock) but went above and beyond for no extra cost after realising the alignment of the door wasn't right. They swiftly replaced the lock, realigned the door with no disruption or mess! They were lovely and I am really pleased with the quality of work. Would recommend to anyone!

George & Spencer diagnosed and resolved a sticky lock issue on front door in early Feb 2023. Would absolutely use them again - they are safe, trusted and price was well within expectations. First port of call for any lock or door issues we have in future - glad we've found someone I can have confidence in.

George and Spencer replaced an unreliable old lock and replaced with a Union 5 lever lock and plates, filling the edges to give a neat finish. Friendly and efficient they gave good value and no call-out charge. Very happy customer.

George and Spencer came out to fix my stuck front door and broken lock. They were really quick to come out and give me a quote, and fitted me in swiftly with clear communication throughout. They were very professional, did an excellent job. I was very impressed by the advice they gave and work they did.
