Poor build quality, work being signed off under neglect, and lack of due diligence resulting in issues and lack of quality control leaving your new home in a state. Never buying a home from Cala again. Customer service and support is worse than any company or business interaction ever experienced as they avoid any responsibility and do their utmost to highlight that they don't care about you as a homebuyer.
