I had booked here for the first time for a cost of 50. However, when it came to pay, I was only charged 39. I was in a rush so couldn't hang around to question it. A friend told me that with new clients, some hairdressers defer them to a lower paid staff member without telling you. I can only think that's what happened? Don't appreciate that, especially when I discovered it was cut a bit crookedly. Won't be rebooking I'm afraid..

Donot listen to you or do what you want even when showing picture of cut. Shoulder length cut came out with a shapeless straight cut up to my ears. Look like a 90 year old woman, cried tears when I saw it for real and not the angle the girl manipulating the mirror at the back failed to show me. Paid full price of senior stylist with tip...JUST MUGGED. Service: Hairstyling

Great service yesterday! . It was close to back to school time and didn't fancy my chances finding someone with availability so it was lovely to be welcomed by Macey and told, sure no problem, she can do it. Macey shared that she is an apprentice and we wouldn't have known. She was professional and brilliant with my daughter and very patient too. My daughter has additional needs and she was great with her. She chopped quite a bit off and T is thrilled with her new hair. So thanks to Macey and the team for a professional and inclusive service.
