        Again, wish I had read these before using them through Amazon. Paid for a frame, item never arrived. Sent two more emails, each time they said they had put another in post. Xmas eve and have had nothing from them. This has been going on since 07 Dec. Asked for refund. Ignored. Do Not Use this company!,,,,

        Wish I had read these comments before ordering something. Which hasn't arrived, the company did reply to my email saying a replacement has been sent but i've not received that either. Have asked Amazon to help get me a full refund.

        Ordered a Christmas nativity set has not arrived, I'm shocked how a company can take money from people and not deliver their orders, all these bad reviews sum this company up as unreliable and fraudulent!!

        Ordered some sale baubles on the 30th December. Received an order confirmation to say would be despatch in 3-5 days, but still no baubles. Have tried to contact them via PayPal but no response. Sent them a direct email, but still no response. The only thing they seem to be quick with is taking your money. Not a supplier I would recommend to anyone. I will now have to raise a claim through PayPal, not something I wanted to do!
