An honest review! Decided to review as this area of nutrition is a minefield. 62 for Salted Caramel shake powder, t-shirt, shaker, food mug, 3 bags of food was too good to turn down! Speedy delivery, good marketing Salted Caramel black edition taste great, a little grainy but expected given the contents Huel Cajun Pasta is top notch & very enjoyable Sadly the Thai & Sweet & Sour are like mush, flavour aint bad but looks rank & the texture is not nice at all, just my honest opinion! I see crazy negative vibes on the brand, to clear it up the content of products for the cost is the best around, sampling is required to ensure you find the correct product for you, its not meal replacement or a diet fad, its to compliment your training & exiting diet, for me it has help add 7kg of lean muscle while dropping fat & keeps me sustained & away from the cookie jar. I would recommend some products & the company although trial & error required with flavours!

I'm on a weight loss diet with a strict caloric deficit. Huel comes in handy as you can easily measure your intake. I only opted for the Hot & Savory range as it's real food you can chew and mostly has good ingredients (I'm not a fan of seed oils, but compared to other products, Huel is 10 times better). My first order was the full range of Hot & Savory, of which I find half to be ugly, the other half is nice. My favorites are Carbonara, Green Curry, Mexican Chili and Madras. Those are now ordered as a monthly subscription, which works like a charm. My limit is 2000 kcal of which I cover 800 by Huel, the rest by healthy food like oats, vegetables, whole grain bread and nuts. As I do lots of sports, I started to order the version 3.1 bars to supplement for my road bike sessions. It's important to not reduce the intake too much to not lose muscles. So far, the whole Huel experience, from website, support over delivery to eating is absolutely insanely well done. This is a company that has been built with the customer in mind, and I plan to throw my money at them for many more months at least.
