      • George Shipley

        Some good GPs, admin and practice managers hopeless in all aspects. Don't even respond to a complaint, just send threatening letters. Utter careless chaos. A place where arrogance meets incompetence and the patient is always wrong. A GP surgery to avoid especially if you need medical attention or an appointment, which is often "lost". Updated March 2023

        An absolute shambles. No body within the organisation seems to be able to communicate with one another. Not one person reads notes and you get pushed from pillar to post. If you're suffering mental health issues, steer clear of the surgery because they have no idea what they're doing.

        Tried to book an appointment for a call back from a doctor today 1 st March initially to be told the earliest was 27 th March for a call what a complete joke. Was told to try online absolutely useless since lockdown this surgery is going backwards very concerning but I dont think they really care.
