The New Surgery

A Surgery is not the the best place to go to, it served it purpose to see a Doctor..

Just wanted to share what a positive experience I have had since moving to Rothschild House Group surgery in Tring recently. Yes it is difficult to get through on the phone, however if you can pop in they are always happy to assist with any queries and I've been seen for appointments quickly for when there has been a need. Imogen and Nicola on reception have been so welcoming to us. Especially relating to learning disabilities and support, I've found the staff, in particular at New Surgery to be very understanding of additional needs (including the sunflower lanyard scheme), accessing the surgery with my trained assistance dog and offering flexibility when needed with timings of appointments etc (where possible). SO very different to London! In particular, I spotted these posters in their waiting room, which was excellent to see, and makes me feel really cared for and that they are open to listening to my additional needs. Thought I would share so more people are aware in the local area that SOME people are getting it right when it comes to accessibility! Highly recommend New Surgery!

I dont love going there, but sometimes You have to go, to get your health checked...

Part of the Rothchild House Group. Better place to see a doctor/ nurse as there is plenty of parking. However, at present it doesn't have a dispensary.
