Nick Brown of Ashridge Surveyors Limited is fantastic. He's professional, responsive, gives clear advice and makes well-informed decisions using his in-depth knowledge of party wall legislation. To top it off he's a genuinely nice person. What he doesn't know about party walls isn't worth knowing!

Nick surveyed a property we intend to purchase. The report advised us on what areas we need to address and where further investigation was required. Nick and his company were highly professional, the advice was invaluable and he took the time to explain his findings to us. I would recommend Ashridge Surveyors.

After reading several excellent reviews about Nick we appointed him to complete a party wall survey as part of our loft conversion. Despite the short timescale he was confident the deadline could be met. Fortunately for us, our design developed such that a party wall survey was no longer required. Nick was really helpful in giving lots of advice and answering our questions. We ended up not needing his services but he was very pleasant to deal with and didnt ask for any payment to cover his advice. Well definitely be approaching Nick again should we need a survey completing in the future.

Nick was very helpful and responsive from contact through to receiving the report. The report is very detailed with plenty of photos and was easy to understand and digest. I spoke to Nick a few times, and he was incredibly patient and went through what he found and explained everything really well. Not only this, he even visited the property a second time to inspect the area that was inaccessible when carrying out the initial survey. I would completely recommend Ashridge Surveyors to anybody without any reservations. Thanks, Nick.

Nick was absolutely amazing help to us! Within 24 hours of contacting Ashridge Surveyors, Nick came to view a property with me giving me sound and extremely helpful, informative advice. He's very professional but down to earth and very generous with is time and expertise. I can not recommend him enough and will definitely be using him again in the future! I am so grateful to him!
