        Poor service,they don't care about the patients.lost sputemt sample had to wait another week to put in another.nurse comes out ,prescribed antibiotic,will b at chemist this afternoon.not there, not there today.sent to admin instead of duty doc.have to wait until this afternoon.they don't care about the pain and suffering Marian has severe underlying problems so waiting 24hrs or more for antibiotics could lead to major problems.nit good enough.and all you get is mistakes happen.but it's happening all to often absolutely fuming

        Never appears to be too busy when I have had appointments at Trimdon Grange Surgery. Short Wait time before seeing GP. Saw a new Dr Druce very efficient and thorough. ANP Sharon Goff very knowledgeable knows her stuff. What I would call a proper nurse.
