20 days after ordering a part I was told would take 7 days there's no sign of it and they don't respond to email, phone, or enquiries through their website.... Immediate response after a bad Google review though.

Ordered 2 items from them one being 22 days ago and the other 11 days ago which I still havent received. Contacted them about it and theyre no longer replying to Mine or my partners messages about the status of these orders. Terrible customer service and Im down 170 with no parts to show for it

Absolutely fantastic couple of guys worked on my 370z tonight, replaced all fluids, belt and straightened my aftermarket exhaust. Well worth the money and I will be back next time I need any work doing!

Ordered parts on a 4 week lead time. No contact from seller for first 5 weeks despite chasing a lead time weekly. Finally got an email back after 5 weeks saying part were dispatched and waited a further 2 weeks whilst being told by tactical racing parts had left and delay was due to postal strikes, despite receiving all other Royal Mail packages without delay. Finally got sick of waiting and lack of contact so opened a PayPal dispute and the received parts 4 days later so was obvious they lied about them being dispatched. Was then told by TR they would send me some stickers to improve my experience, after complaining to them. Again was told they would be posted out, but nothing ever arrived. Poor customer service and outright lies. They might be ok on the workshop side if you are local to their area but avoid for Mail order / parts and spend your money elsewhere!
