Absolutely abismal customer service. Queries by email are simply ignored, or a reply is sent several days later which does not address your concern. The staff on the phone are rude and you will generally be on hold for over an hour. If shopping around for a new insurance policy, try to find out if the Claims Consortium Group handle their claims, and if so then do not take out a policy!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY If your disabled, this company will discriminate against you. Where shall I start?? This company is disgusting. My Parents made a claim in November 2022 as water damaged my ceiling and room as in the picture below. The claims accessor came out and rather than trying to repair the damage they were more concerned my parents never told them my roof was flat by another 5%. I told them my parents are disabled how would they know of what percentage the roof was they gave information to what they thought was correct. So now into the new year they offered 325 to settle. Now I asked for that value can they repair it because just to clean the debris and remove the damaged materials a Labourer would charge 200 for the day. To plaster the area is minimum 300. Where they get 325 is beyond me. So now in January we are still awaiting the claim to be settled. The room is damp and water is coming through. My parents are very stressed and their health is being affected psychologically. This discrimination against elderly and disabled people is disgusting and shameful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I EXPECT AN AUTOMATED APOLOGY FOR THIS

Sick and tired of having to chase this company, being on hold and sending emails that go unanswered. After months and months of slow contractors doing a half arsed job that should've taken weeks. I decided enough was enough and asked Claims Consortium to pay us out the monies for the remaining works. This was at the end of April, almost two months later and we have still not received the monies through. All in all, from initially raising our claim to now, it has been nine months. All for a ceiling leak in one room. Absolutely appalling. There is zero reason to insure yourself through this company. I don't know what we are paying them for. I'd rather have just sorted it all out myself and had it done in a few months. AVOID!

Started off well but that was 8 months ago. My property was ruined with raw sewage flooding the whole place. CCG started the work - stripped out wooden floors and wallpaper throughout. Leaving the place uninhabitable. Then for no apparent reason, stopped work. Weekly phone calls and emails but nothing and no explanation.
