        We arrived late Christmas Eve and relaxed, looking forward to a family Christmas. Unfortunately for us the shower was found to be broken on Christmas morning. Hot water is readily available, but the water pressure is very low. Although this affected our stay the cottage is comfy and cosy. A nice real log fireplace in the lounge adds to the homely effect. Good WiFi is a plus, but the TV was sadly limited to BBC channels. Trevone beach is a stone's throw away and the South west coastal path has some stunning sea views. Would I recommend Sunways, yes I would. Tessa, the owner, was supportive and helpful in our time of need. Living abroad we could only communicate via WhatsApp, so the personal next door neighbour touch is missing. If you're seeking a cosy coastal getaway, then Sunways delivers. Trevone is a pretty village, but is sadly indicative of Cornish coastal areas, full of holiday homes. So there are lots to choose from if you're visiting.
