So ordered a pair of jeans on the 12th july, 2021payment went out. It is now 22nd july 2021, no dispatch confirmation, as a returning customer i know the process, sent 5 emails over the past couple of weeks, no responce to any of them. Hence this review, seems i've been duped. Bad customer service. They've had there money and seems like they've disappeared. Bad, Bad ,Bad service.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered Levi jeans, made a mistake on size sent them countless emails to amend order, but to no avail, sent jeans which were covered in white Paint, sent them back and got a refund through PayPal. I wish I could have giving them minus Stars, family run business

I have recently purchased 3 pairs of Levi jeans from this company. A very easy process with no problems whatsoever. They supply all the information you need if you want to return the product, its so easy. The jeans I've purchased are fantastic, everyone knows how expensive levis are on the high street but this firm absolutely blitz those prices.Give them ago, you won't be disappointed

Poor quality, arrived with stitching missing above the back pocket, the phone number is obsolete and nobody replies to your emails. Kind Regards Robin Hood
