The compassion shown and the respect to our pet was fabulous. They listen to our needs and provided a quick service at our request. A difficult and sad situation was made a little easier. Thank you.

Can not thank Old Flatts farm enough for the love and support they gave to me this week. Losing my beloved fur baby of 11 years, they took care of him and respected my wishes and really took care of everything. Amazing peaceful place for my boy to be laid to rest.

A big thank you for taking care of our beloved Manek who left us so suddenly. Thank you that there is a place like this where you can say goodbye to your beloved friend in a dignified way.

This review is way over due, as we used Old Flatts Farm a year ago in June. We had our beloved staffie Missi PTS at home, literally the vet came as he was on his way to another job which was working away. He came to my home where he must have had such a difficult time as our grief was on another level. We had owned missi for 14 years, but her first mum had loved her for 18 months before us, and loved her until the day she passed away. We both held missi on the settee, we sang to her, we sobbed, we wailed. The kind of grief you really have to hold onto at a vets. Missi was sedated and literally snoring before she was given the final injection. She went extremely peacefully. He gave us time and even brought a bed, but I wanted to carry her to the car, in her own bed, tucked up in her own blanket with her Teddy I got her the day she came home with me. It was the hardest day, but old flatts farm made the experience so dignified and worthy of such a loyal family pet. Chris phoned me and covered any questions around her cremation, from what goes with her to how many urns we needed as he knew missi had always had 2 mums. When we went to pick her up, oh my heart. She was treated exactly as I'd wanted her to be, with love, care and respect. Had I been picking up a humans ashes I'd have been just as happy with the dignity they showed her. It was beautiful, private and heartwarming. When it came to paying there was no rush, and we sat in his office and I got the chance to talk about missi and the unbelievable dog she was, as it turned out chris completely understood the love a staffie and shed a few tears with having not so long before had to say good bye to his friend who was a staffie. Thank you once again, you gave her the service she truly deserved, love, care and dignity. Rest easy our beautiful Missi. Thanks again.

I cannot fault any of the service we received from Old Flatts Crematorium and Rob from Pets at Rest. We had to make the most awful decision to let our beloved Labrador "Marley" go over the rainbow. From the beginning we were treat with respect, kindness and love from Rob, he explained everything to us in detail and he treated Marley like his own dog, wanting to hear about his life and actually spending time with us as a family while we sat cuddling him. His compassion without doubt made the process so much more bearable and i cant thank him enough for his kindness, even the bereavement card he sent us through the post. We were updated at every point after this from Chris & the team at Old Flatts and given time to grieve before we made the necessary next arrangements. Everything was done just beautifully, with care, kindness, love and you could see that they genuinely did care about what we wanted. Everything we asked for they did, they never said no, they never rushed us, they sat and spoke with us and comforted us at a time we really needed somebody to help us. Everything was just beautiful and i will be forever grateful to them all for making such a horrible time so much more bearable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for treating us with respect and kindness. Marleys now home where he belongs with his family
