We visited this place today and I would highly recommend in terms of really delicious food, however I will not come back due to the moody staff. It's a real shame as even a small smile to a customer can create such a positive experience but at the time the young lady who served us lacked warmth and smile.

The first day we arrived we was recommended to try the fuzzy duck, but it didnt start with a warm welcome at all. We was left standing in reception whilst staff walked past us until we was finally noticed by a young gent who had no people skills or warmth which is just the basic when doing hospitality. We booked anyway for Saturday lunch, had a very disappointing meal, pork tenderloin was tough, chouldnt even cut or chew it. The steak was not up to standard considering it cost 35 and the chips were undercooked. It was a well scripted menu that just didnt live up to expectations but The main thing for us was the customer service, it was shocking. overall poor experience.
