        Case manager and her boss arrived 25 minutes late for the meet and greet said they could help with our case left all happy and smiles and then tell my solicitor they can't help do not recommend this company especially Tamara and meera absolute waste of time

        I worked with a client for around 3years. Throughout my time there CCMS were fantastic with their support and guidance for their clients and the support teams. They were great with responding to any queries or questions that we had and always had time to listen. Would happily recommend them as a company as they make such a difference to the clients lives.

        Have worked with CCMS for a considerable number of years now. Very professional and everything has been done to high standards. Plenty of support even through what has been challenging times with covid. Yes there has been a care crisis with a shortage of carers which has been challenging but this is across the board but we are coming out the other side now and our team has worked together to the best of our ability to provide a high level of care. This has been rewarded with pay rises and other rewards.
