Did coasteering on holiday in Polzeath with my 13 year old son and recommend Era Adventures. They had a great set-up and a good course mapped out in Port Isaac, were well organised and very safety conscious. Great instructors. Highly recommend.

Be careful booking with this company! Unfortunately they are unreliable and untrustworthy. Two activities booked, neither was delivered and now struggling to get our money back. We booked two activities for our week off in Cornwall with Era Adventures. A group surf lesson on the Monday and a Coasteering session for the Thursday. The money was taken, confirmation emails received and and reminders came through two days before each activity. However, on both occasions when we arrived for our activity nobody was at the site. One the first occasion we couldnt reach anyone, on the second a lady answered the phone, came and met us at the site, but said she couldnt run the activity. She said a refund would be processed but it might take a couple of days. Its been two weeks now, still no refund and its been completely impossible to contact them - weve tried calling, leaving voicemails, emailing and leaving messages through the website.

We did coasteering as a family and thoroughly enjoyed it. The guys were knowledgable, helpful and most importantly they kept us safe whilst allowing us to have great fun.

The Era team were professional and helpful from start to finish. Booking was easy and in the day The team were kind but very professional and gave 4, 14 year old girls the confidence to go coasteering and they loved it. Thank you!
